Higher Education

Higher Education focuses on degree-level study and is ideal for those aiming for professional and technical roles within the construction and built environment industry. It includes traditional degree programmes as well as Higher Level Apprenticeships, which combine academic study with paid, hands-on experience in the workplace. 

In Northern Ireland, universities offer courses in areas such as engineering, surveying, architecture, construction management, and sustainability. These programmes support both full-time study and flexible routes for those already working in the industry.

Further Education

There are six Further Education colleges across Northern Ireland, with campuses located regionally.
